About the Role:
We are a fast-growing VOIP technology company looking for a skilled Developer to help build integrations, automate business processes, and develop AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and internal operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting systems, working with APIs, creating workflow automations, and leveraging AI technologies to solve real business challenges. You will work closely with our technical and operations teams to design, develop, and maintain integrations between various platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain API integrations between internal systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and manage webhook-based integrations for real-time data synchronization.
- Create and optimize automated workflows using n8n and similar automation platforms.
- Build AI-powered agents and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experiences.
- Develop Python-based applications, scripts, and backend services.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
- Work with VOIP-related systems and APIs to support product enhancements and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Document integrations, workflows, and development processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with RESTful services.
- Experience implementing and managing webhooks.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms, particularly n8n.
- Understanding of JSON, data mapping, authentication methods, and API troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or HubSpot.
- Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or AI-powered workflow automations.
- Knowledge of VOIP platforms and telecommunications technologies.
- Experience with cloud services and server deployments.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL.
