About the Role:

Our client is a growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand in the incontinence care space, offering washable, reusable products for adults and children through Shopify, wholesale channels, and HSA/FSA-eligible platforms.

They are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to work directly alongside the founder as a key operational partner. This role serves as the founder’s right hand — someone who can take ideas off the whiteboard and turn them into action with structure, accountability, and execution.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership without waiting for direction, and enjoys keeping multiple moving pieces aligned and progressing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily priorities across Asana, Slack, Google Sheets, and email while ensuring smooth business operations.
Translate founder ideas into actionable project plans with clear tasks, ownership, timelines, and follow-through.
Track active initiatives and ensure no project or deliverable falls through the cracks.
Follow up consistently with internal team members, vendors, agencies, and freelancers until completion.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses/3PL partners, agencies, and contractors on ongoing initiatives.
Identify resource gaps and source, evaluate, and onboard freelancers or external support as needed.
Prepare daily or weekly executive updates outlining completed work, blockers, priorities, and decision points.
Oversee customer support operations to ensure service quality and timely resolution of tickets.
Monitor inventory and proactively identify low-stock risks or fulfillment issues.
Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of e-commerce experience required.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Chief of Staff, or similar roles.
Previous experience working within a DTC or e-commerce environment.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, including order management and navigating backend functions.
Strong working knowledge of Asana, Slack, and Google Sheets.
Excellent written English communication skills with clear and professional communication.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and external partners simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and accountability skills; comfortable driving projects forward.
Self-starter who can prioritize independently and identify issues proactively.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in health, wellness, or consumer goods e-commerce.
Experience working with warehouse or 3PL operations.
Previous experience supporting founders or executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Familiarity with wholesale or B2B fulfillment processes.
