We are seeking a motivated and confident Outbound Caller Sales Assistant to support our real estate sales team by generating and qualifying new leads. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and driving overall sales growth.
The ideal candidate is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, resilient when handling objections, and motivated by achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners and prospects
- Identify interest levels and qualify potential sellers/buyers
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up promptly with online inquiries and warm leads
- Source property owner contact information online using research tools
- Utilize the identified scraping system to gather prospect data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Keller Williams Command CRM
- Confirm appointments and ensure proper follow-through
- Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship-building
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Resilient and confident in handling objections
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Experience in sourcing contact information online
- Organized, persistent, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Keller Williams Command is a plus)
- Ability to meet and exceed performance targets
