About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong data entry and billing experience to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems.
- Assist with billing tasks, including generating invoices, updating billing records, and verifying client/project billing details.
- Maintain organized digital files and databases.
- Support general administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, ensuring high accuracy.
- Prepare simple reports and summaries as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams to follow up on required information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, administrative, billing, or data entry role.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and general office software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work the required schedule: 11 AM – 5 PM EST.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment for remote work.
