About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong customer service mindset and experience in e-commerce logistics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can independently manage day-to-day operational tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, is comfortable working with large volumes of data, and is confident navigating order management systems and digital tools.

Core Focus Areas:
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Experience in e-commerce logistics, particularly handling and tracking orders from warehouses.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, order flows, and operational systems.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • Capable of managing daily operations independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems.
  • Manage and track e-commerce orders, ensuring smooth coordination with warehouse operations.
  • Assist with billing tasks, including generating invoices, updating billing records, and verifying details.
  • Maintain organized digital files, databases, and order records.
  • Handle customer-related queries and provide timely, professional support.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, ensuring high accuracy.
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries as needed.
  • Support general administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on orders, discrepancies, and required information.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, e-commerce operations, logistics support, billing, or data entry role.
  • Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, or warehouse coordination.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and general office software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of data and repetitive processes.
  • Ability to work the required schedule: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
