About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong customer service mindset and experience in e-commerce logistics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can independently manage day-to-day operational tasks.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, is comfortable working with large volumes of data, and is confident navigating order management systems and digital tools.

- Capable of managing daily operations independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems.
- Manage and track e-commerce orders, ensuring smooth coordination with warehouse operations.
- Assist with billing tasks, including generating invoices, updating billing records, and verifying details.
- Maintain organized digital files, databases, and order records.
- Handle customer-related queries and provide timely, professional support.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, ensuring high accuracy.
- Prepare simple reports and summaries as needed.
- Support general administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on orders, discrepancies, and required information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, e-commerce operations, logistics support, billing, or data entry role.
- Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, or warehouse coordination.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and general office software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of data and repetitive processes.
- Ability to work the required schedule: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
