About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the Director of Sales by managing administrative functions related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and procurement. The ideal candidate is proactive, accurate, and comfortable working with financial records and inventory-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
Assist with procurement activities, including creating and tracking purchase orders.
Maintain accurate financial and procurement records.
Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management.
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding orders and payments.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Provide general administrative support to the Director of Sales.

Requirements:

Essential:

Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Procurement.
Hands-on experience using the Odoo (ODOO) ERP platform.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
Experience working with inventory management systems.
Knowledge of accounting and procurement best practices.
