We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support special projects across our Payroll, Human Resources, and Accounts Payable teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple initiatives, and has exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate special projects across Payroll, HR, and Accounts Payable.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting notes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with process improvements and implementation of new workflows.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Confident working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar).
- Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.
