Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support special projects across our Payroll, Human Resources, and Accounts Payable teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple initiatives, and has exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate special projects across Payroll, HR, and Accounts Payable.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues.
Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting notes.
Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Assist with process improvements and implementation of new workflows.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Confident working independently in a remote environment.
Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar).
Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.
